Does it work on clothes?
It works best on upholstery and textured fabrics like couches, bedding, and car seats. For thin or delicate clothing, a standard lint roller may do a better job.
How do I clean it?
Press the top button to empty the chamber after each use. To clear hair off the brush, swivel it left and right. If it gets dirty, rinse the brush with water and let it dry fully.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then usually arrive in about 5–11 business days. Shipping to the U.S. is free and every order includes tracking.
Where does my order ship from?
Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse overseas, which is why delivery takes a little longer than same-week shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You can also return unused items within 30 days.
